Andhra Pradesh government launched Aarogyasri Card for the people of AP. The Government launched this scheme in 2017. AP Govt has been providing the benefits of the scheme since 2017. Under the scheme the poor people of AP are given medical treatment free of cost in most of the government hospital in AP.

Eligibility Criteria for Aarogyasri Card
If you want to get the benefits of the YSR aarogyasri scheme for the year 2020 then you should have the following eligibility criteria as given below:-
✓The applicant must only have less than 35 acres of land, including wet and dry land.
✓The applicant must have municipal property tax-paying families for less than 3000 SFT (334 sq. Yds).
✓Outsourcing, contract, part-time employees and sanitation workers with an annual income of over Rs 5 lakh are also eligible.
✓The applicant can also be Honorary remuneration employees and private sector employees working in the public sector.
✓If the applicant has more than one car then they are not eligible for the scheme.
✓The Families filing income tax up to Rs 5 lakh are also eligible.

✓Additional benefits of Rs. 50000/- if the expenses cross 1.5 lakh
✓Rs.2 Lakh protection for serious illness treatment
✓938 medical and surgical treatments covered
✓Treatment-related to heart, liver, kidney, pediatric congenital malformations, lung, pancreas, or burns.
Aarogyasri Card Status Check AP
To check the status of the Aarogyasri Card follow few steps mentioned below:-
✓ Go to official website.
✓ Select the “EHS” option from the home page of the website.
✓ A new page will appear on the screen from where go to the “Patients” option.
✓ Then Click the “Health Card Status” option.
✓ Then choose “Employee ID” or “Pensioner ID” and enter the detail.
✓ Finally submit the details by click “search” option and your card status will appear on the screen.
Aarogyasri Card Download
The applicants can download their Aarogyasri Card online. Just they have to follow few steps mentioned below:-
✓ The applicant can download Aarogyasri health card. First they have to visit at their nearest MeeSeva Centre.
✓ Then provide your Login ID & Password to MeeSeva Agent. Meeseva agent will enter your details to online.
✓ After that the Meeseva Agent will apply for your health card.
✓ Then after the successful registration you will get acknowledgement slip. You should keep it safe for future reference.
✓ After the successful application of heath card you will get Aarogyasri Card within 15 days from the Meeseva Centre.

The resident of AP can apply for health card online. You have to follow few steps mentioned below:-

✓ You can visit through this login option.
✓ Log in on the website and click the link of Aarogyashri health card application form
✓ Now enter the required information in the application form
✓ Upload the necessary documents with it
✓ Submit the application form and must take a print out.

If you want to check card status of Employee Enrolment, follow these steps:-
✓ Open official website
✓ Select the “EHS” option from the home page of the website
✓ A new page appears on the screen from where select “Search Employee Enrollment Status” option given under the “employee” section
✓ Enter the details such as employee name, date of birth, name of the department and DDO
✓ Submit the detail by click “search” option to check your status.

✓ To check the employee medical reimbursement status first go to the official website
✓ Click EHS from the menu bar and a new page will appear from where you need to click “Employee Medical Reimbursement Status”
✓ Select medical reimbursement (online/ offline) and enter trust number and DME number
✓ Select search option and your reimbursement status will display on the screen.
