Type Of Ration Cards Issued By TS Govt
There are three types of ration card in Telangana which are
1) AFSC
2) Antyodaya Anna Yojana Cards
3) FSC cards

Eligibility Criteria
To get the ration card, the applicants should have the following eligibility criteria:-
• Applicant must be a citizen of Telangana state.
• An applicant must not have a ration card or FSC card.
• Applicant should belong to EWS
• An applicant who has old ration cards (expired cards) can apply for a new one
Application Fee
Applicants need to deposit a nominal charge of Rs. 30 to apply for the ration card.
Check FSC Application Search
Candidates who want to check the FSC application search should follow the steps given below:
✓ To check you need to go to the official website of the Department of Consumer Affairs, Food and Civil Supplies.
✓ From the home page of the website, you need to click on the “FSC Search” option.
✓ Go to the “Ration Card Search” option from the open page.
✓ Select the “FSC Application Search” option from the drop-down list.
✓ Select your district and a new page will open on the screen where you need to search by “Know your service”. Or application no. Or mobile number.
✓ Enter your number and click on the “Search” option.
✓ The information appears on the computer screen
Check Ration Card List District Wise
Candidates who want to check the ration card list by Telangana district / village should follow the following steps.
• To check you need to visit the official website of the Department of Consumer Affairs, Food and Civil Supplies
• You need to click on the “Report” option from the home page of the website
• From the page that opens on the screen, go to the “Ration Card Report” option
• Click the “FSC Card Status Report” option from the drop-down list
• Find your district name and click on it
• Search for “Office Name” and click on it
• Select “Not for purchase” and click on it
• The ration card list appears on the computer screen.
Apply online through Meeseva
Applicants can apply for ration card online. To apply for an online ration card, you can visit your service website. You must first create an account on your service portal and then submit an online application form to apply for a ration card. You can apply for various other services related to ration cards on the Meeseva portal such as proper names, adding names to ration cards and more.
Offline application
Go to the nearest Food and Civil Supplies office and collect the application form from there. Fill in the application form and attach the required documents with it. Submit the application to the same office.
Procedure for making a complaint
✓ To get a grievance application, you need to go to the official website
✓ Go to the “Grievance Redressal System for E2E PDS” option from the home page
✓ You must then click on the “Lodge your complaint” option
✓ Fill out the form with name, gender, contact number, email id, complaint category, complaint subject, complaint details and other information
✓ Enter the captcha code and click on Submit option
Procedure for checking the status of a complaint
✓ To check the status of the complaint application, you should visit the official website
✓ Go to the “Grievance Redressal System for E2E PDS” option from the home page.
✓ After this you need to click on the option “View the status of your complaint“.
✓ Enter the complaint number and mobile number
✓ Click on the Submit option and the status will appear.
Issuance Of Ration Card
Applicants must first submit the application, then follow the procedure prescribed by the authorities and the applicant will receive a ration card. Generally, the authorities determine the period of 30 days from the date of application for issuance of ration cards.
