TS Sand Booking (SSMMS)
A concerned Authority from the state of Telangana has created a new portal for the Sand Sales Management and Monitoring System called SSMMS. Through the implementation of this portal, many incentives will be provided to the people of Telangana state, mainly those who undertake sand booking in their daily life. Many other types of processes can also be initiated through the website. The website has been developed so that all the residents of Telangana state can easily continue their work in their homes.
Services are available at TS Sand Booking
A special portal has been developed for the process related to online sand booking. There are many services on the portal. The list of services is given below: –
• Customer registration
• Vehicle registration
• Tracking of orders
• Inter-state sand transportation activities
• Sand order details
• Daily updates of orders, stockyard, booked quantity, available quantity, quantity delivered.
Documents Required For Bulk Sand
Registration :
✓ If you want to registrate for government work you need an official ID
✓ If you want to register for private company/ firm you need Aadhar card, pan card and registration copy.
Application:
✓ If you want to apply for government work you should have official letter, agreement copy/ work order and material required to copy/ estimation copy for sand.
✓ If you want to apply for private company/ firm you should have building permission/ approval building plan, ID Proof of authorised signatory and application letter on company head.
Customer Registration For TS Sand Booking Online
If you or any applicants wants to enroll for the scheme then you should follow the few steps mentioned below:-
✓ First, you need to visit the official SSMMS portal given here
✓ On the homepage, click on the Registration tab.
✓ Then a dropdown list will appear.
✓ Select the “Customer Registration” option from that list.
✓ A new webpage will be displayed.
✓ Enter your mobile number in the space provided.
✓ Click on the “Send OTP” option present there.
✓ An OTP will be sent to your mobile number.
✓ Enter the OTP sent to your mobile number.
✓ The registration form will appear.
✓ Fill in the necessary details such as-
• District
• Village
• House no.
• Email Id, etc.
✓ After that click on the “Register” button.
✓ You are successfully registered on the portal.
Customer registration status in SSMMS
If you want to check your registration status on the portal, you can follow the general procedure given below: –
✓ First of all, visit the official SSMMS portal given here
✓ On the homepage, click on the Registration tab.
✓ A dropdown list appears.
✓ Select the “Customer Registration” option from that list.

✓ A list of all registered customers will appear on your screen.
✓ Enter your registered mobile number
✓ Finally your records will be displayed.
SSMMS-Customer Registered List
To check the registered list of customers, you should follow the general procedure given below: –
• First of all, visit the official website of Telangana State Sand Booking System
• On the home page, click on the Registration tab
• A drop-down menu is displayed on your screen
• Click on the Customer Registered List option
• A new webpage is displayed on the screen
• Enter your mobile number
• If your name is included in the list, you can see it.
Process To Book Online Sand At SSMMS Portal
When you successfully register yourself on the website, you will need to book your first sand order. To book a sand order, you should follow the simple steps given below: –
• First of all, visit the official SSMMS portal given here
• On the homepage, click on the sand booking link.
• Log in yourself using the credentials.
• Select your district from the dropdown box.
• Select the Stockyard button.
• Enter all required information.
• Click on the Register button.
• Confirm the order.
• Keep the booking number for future use.
• Keep the receipt for future use.
Process To Check Status Of Sand Order At SSMMS Portal
If you want to check the status of your sand order then you may follow the simple steps given below:-
• First, you need to visit the official SSMSS Portal given here
• On the homepage of the portal, click on the Bookings tab
• A drop-down menu will appear.
• Then Select the Track Your Order option from the dropdown list.
• You must enter your Order Id
• Click on the Get Status option.
• Finally The status will appear on your screen.
How to Apply For Bulk Sand
If you want to apply for the bulk sand, you should follow the further mentioned steps:
• First Open the website of the sand sale management & monitoring system
• From the home page, you need to click “application for bulk sand”
• Read the instructions appear on the screen
• Select “new user” if you are using the site for the first time.
How to check bulk Sand Application Status
• At first Open the website of the sand sale management & monitoring system
• Then From the home page you need to click “application for bulk sand”
• Select “existing user” and log in with your user ID & password
• To check the status, go to the “my applications” option
• List of your applications will appear with status.
