Procedure to Download the West Bengal Voter List
To download the voter list issued by the Chief Electoral Officer of West Bengal, applicants should follow the procedure given below.
- To download the voter list, interested individuals should visit the official website of the WB Election Commission
- From the home page of the website, you should find the “Electoral Roll(Voter List)” option available in the center of the page.
- Click on it and a new page will appear on the computer screen, now select your district name from the list.
- Then select your Assembly constituency name (AC name) and a new column will appear.
- Click on the draft roll option in front of the polling station name and the voter list will appear on the screen.
- If you want to check final roll then click on it
Procedure To Search Your Name In The List
If you want to search your name in the list, you have to open official website of Chief Electoral Officer West Bengal
- From home page select “search your name in voter list”
- A new page will appear where you need to enter the following information
- Search by name or EPIC No
- Enter the name or EPIC No as per your selection
- Captcha code
- Select search option and information will appear.
Procedure to know your electoral details via SMS
You can know your electoral details through SMS if you don’t have internet on your phone. To know your electoral details via SMS you have to forward the message to 51969 in the format mentioned below:

If you want to know your polling station, you have to follow the further mentioned steps
- Open the official website of Chief Electoral Officer West Bengal
- From home page select “know your polling station”
- Enter your location in the given blank
- Nearest polling status will appear on the screen in the map.
File A Complaint or Submit Suggestion
- You can file a complaint or give suggestion.
- You will have to go to the official website of the CEO West Bengal to file a complaint
- Select “Complaint” option and from opened page select “Visit NGSP Portal” after reading the detail
- Then select “sign up” option from the opened page and enter the details
